I spent a few days at Gema Luxury Hotel with my mom and overall it was fantastic. The spot is great, and getting around the city was a breeze. The real highlight came after we had already gone home: the receptionist reached out to tell me they’d found my mom’s money bag, which had more than 700 dollars inside, and they sent it back to us in Brazil super fast. The receptionist was unbelievably kind throughout, and I must thank Maria, the housekeeper who discovered the money and reported it. Her honesty meant the world to us. I’m deeply grateful to the entire Gema crew and will definitely return.

The room was spacious, comfy, with a microwave, mini fridge, desk, wardrobe, and everything else. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was quiet. The staff were friendly. The only thing that could be better is the TV in the room – it’s not smart and we couldn’t watch anything. Everything else was fine.
