Nothing to highlight. The room had a faint urine smell and wasn’t cleaned properly. The door didn’t seal, so you could hear semi‑trucks running in the adjacent parking lot all night. The check‑in desk was a 3x3 space with a glass pane you spoke to the attendant through, which felt sketchy, and I could hear someone above me stomping around.

We've stayed 2x's at this motel. Exceptional staff & rooms. The Mexican restaurant next door " El Amigo " has excellent food. Love's Gass/diesel fuel is across the street

The only thing I liked was its proximity to the freeway and the gas stations, plus a Mexican restaurant right there. A pond/lake with a deck in the back let you walk through. They charged me a fee for my E.S.A. animal, which they shouldn’t, but the clerk insisted that E.S.A. animals are supposed to be charged. The room wasn’t very clean, cracks in the bathroom floor leaked something that smelled like sewer water, and the only fix was a mop instead of a different room. There was no hand soap, guests were extremely loud all night, and the next morning I found beer bottles and trash everywhere outside. The walls were very dirty and spider webs were in the bathroom corners.

The bed was good. The room needs remodeling.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for work, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of my husband's room was subpar. Despite housekeeping supposedly visiting, the room was left with a half-made bed and trash still inside. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.
