The experience was terrible: no internet, we struggled, none of the receptionists knew anything and offered no solutions. The room smelled like pure deodorant, the floor was sticky, but the location was good. I didn’t like anything; it was a horrible experience with my children and we couldn’t even use the TV, the remote didn’t work, and no solution was offered at any point.

The bed is comfortable and the pillows are good. The curtains and bathroom curtains were not clean.
