The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old town and everything was within walking distance, yet the corner felt quiet with a view of the garden. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were small but suitable for four days and well thought out. The kitchen had all the essentials and a stove to cook on. The house was quiet, the sofa bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood felt Italian. The hosts were very friendly, checking in to see if everything was fine, and we were able to leave our luggage before check‑in. Thanks again to the hosts and his wife! However, many compartments and drawers—like the wall unit—were filled with cleaning supplies, spare dishes, and other household items. If everything had been stored in a single wardrobe instead of spread out, we would have had more space. We only had one wardrobe with two drawers underneath; the upper compartments were occupied. The open shelves on the other side of the wall unit were not used for clothes. The wire hangers were bent, so we wished for sturdier hangers. It was unclear why the oven in the kitchen couldn’t be used (perhaps it wasn’t connected to the mains). We cooked only on the stove. The fridge was large, even with a freezer, but it was noisy, so we had to keep the door between the kitchen and the sleeping area closed at night and couldn’t ventilate through the kitchen window.
