Alloggio pulito, aria condizionata disponibile e funzionante. Recente ristrutturazione con arredamento moderno e funzionale, tapparelle elettriche disponibili. Facilità di parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla struttura. Palazzina silenziosa e macchina del caffè a disposizione. La colazione dichiarata eccezionale in fase di prenotazione, che si è poi risolta in una colazione al bar con cappuccino e cornetto

The décor is fresh, and although the room and bathroom are a bit small, they’re still comfortable, well‑furnished, and tastefully styled, with impeccable cleanliness. A coffee machine and two bottles of water are provided. We never met the owner, but he was very kind through messages and on the phone. The breakfast, served in a bar beneath the apartment as part of a partnership, felt underwhelming for the room’s price—just cappuccino and croissants isn’t impressive.

The organization and tidiness were spot‑on, and the location was perfect for our events, nearby restaurants, and bus stops to the city center and other destinations. Nothing to complain about.
