“Watch your wallet”

Being on the beach was nice. Everything extra cost more, from the paper in the bathroom to changing the beach cabin. The beds were hard. The air‑con barely worked, so the room temperature was almost the same as outside. The fridge didn’t work. There was no pot to boil water or coffee.

It’s near the beach. Private parking is outside, not on the property itself.

“Near the beach, good enough but can be improved.”

The beachfront location gave great views from the third floor. The staff were attentive. The room was small, the air‑conditioning unit was a bit hot, there was no TV in the room, and the karaoke was noisy after 10 pm, used by guests from other rooms.

“Batangas beach is always hard to beat.”

The place was clean and the staff were very accommodating, but getting in was a nightmare; you really have to call ahead to avoid trouble.

The reception was friendly, but there were several issues: no hot water, rooms weren’t prepared, linens and towels weren’t changed, and the drills and jackhammers started at 6:30 am.
