I couldn't get anyone to help me with my booking when I arrived, so I had to leave and find another place to stay.

The location was pretty convenient to move around. 1. First impression, hotel does not have a proper reception counter. I almost wasted about 10min to find where should I walk. The reception is in a clinic. 2. The staff named Wafa failed to deliver her customer service well. Staff basically need to be trained. 3. Management is out, not even wearing a proper uniform. Based on my experience, the “Maintenance” guy just wore a simple random T-shirt with a sandal and knocked my room like banging hardly. 4. SLOW RESPONSE. I had to call 20 times more and there were no answer at all. 5. STAFF REALLY OUT! 6. MAIN PART, THERE WERE NO EMERGENCY WATER PROVIDED SINCE THE WHOLE HOTEL HAD SOME WATER ISSUE. ALMOST SPENT 3 HOURS TO BEG FROM THE STAFF TO PROVIDE A BUCKET OF WATER. SINCE YOU RUNNING A HOTEL BUSINESS, YOU SHOULD STANBY WATER FOR AN EMERGENCY PURPOSE
