The hotel was wonderful! The facilities are beautiful, very comfortable and everything is taken care of extremely well. The staff’s service and attention made all the difference. Everything was impeccable! I have nothing to complain about – it was excellent and surpassed our expectations.

I had high expectations because of the reputation, but the space was large and full of plants, yet the décor was a mix of questionable styles. The heated indoor pool was handy. The price was extremely high for what was actually offered. The lodge and rooms lacked coziness, the construction felt dated with poor finishes in many areas, there was no accessibility and stones and steps were everywhere, loose drains, bedbugs in the pool, wild birds eating straight from the breakfast buffet, the gym had very bad equipment (the courts on the other side of the street might be better), the price is high but it’s nowhere near the best option in Tiradentes. It really lives off its premium lodge reputation that rich people like, but it doesn’t deserve it because of the real hospitality structure.
