Hampton Inn Pecos

“Excellent.”

Breakfast was good, the staff was excellent, Ms. Liberties was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the events she works with, and the night clerk was very friendly and helpful as well—thanks guys for making our stay pleasant. The view from my windows was disappointing; there were no flowers or anything to look at, fake or real.

My family and I liked our one‑night stay. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the air was great because it was hot outside. The kids loved the indoor pool with perfect water temperature. The chess board on the deck was pretty cool. Breakfast was great, and the supplies available meant we didn’t have to leave. Restaurants are nearby, including a Walmart 7 minutes away. The staff were excellent and polite. I’ll definitely stay here every time I visit. Thanks, Hampton staff, for making our stay great! Everything was great—nothing bad to say.

“Decent but not up to Hampton standards”

Breakfast was very good. The room’s cleanliness didn’t meet Hampton standards, and the room and furniture were quite worn.

Everything. Nothing

“Never coming again!”

The front desk staff were kind to my husband and me, but the electronic key kept failing, forcing us to return to the washroom three times before getting a working key. I’m puzzled why the hotel’s electronic keys don’t work properly; it’s frustrating to have to visit the facility repeatedly after already traveling 7‑8 hours. The room was not very clean—dusty in some spots—making it one of the poorer hotels we encountered on our trip. On the bright side, breakfast was cheerful and the staff were really good, but that’s about all.
