The hotel was great and indulgent, and the spa was pleasant and useful after long days of touring. We really enjoyed it. Everything about the restaurant fell below expectations: the food was not fresh and was served carelessly at breakfast, the staff were unprofessional and didn’t know the dinner menu, the menu was missing, service was slow, and the waiters’ attitude was subpar. I’d recommend eating elsewhere.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The spa equipment was subpar; the sauna and hot tub were cold.

The location was nice, cozy, and had good vibes. It’s important to mention that there is no elevator; disabled guests should think twice before booking and confirming the room level. Climbing three stories with heavy luggage is no joke.
