The air conditioner didn’t work; they knew about it but still let us check in. I struggled through the night, couldn’t sleep, went to reception and they said they’d fix it and offered other rooms, but the AC was still broken everywhere. I ended up moving to another hotel for the rest of the night. They promised a refund but never gave it back… terrible. In such heat without AC, I’m giving this place a –1 for their treatment of guests.
Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.
The bathroom was in bad shape, tiny, and the water leaked out of it, while the bed was also very worn.
I thank the front‑desk staff, Abu Makkah, for his great cooperation.

Cleanliness was good. The air conditioning was old and noisy.
