The atmosphere in the breakfast room was nice, yet the constant barking of dogs at all hours—day or night—was exhausting; the staff seemed more preoccupied with their phones than with guests’ needs, and the bathroom sink, though stylish, was a functional disaster.

The location is good, but the room is quite small.

Modern, clean, in a very nice and quiet area. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Cascada Cailor ski lift and about half an hour from the Mocănița (Viseul de sus).
