Just outside the train station, close to Varna’s center, the rooms are comfortable and spacious; the breakfast could use better pastries, and the sauna costs an extra 25 €.

The staff were rude.

The location is great, but the noise was an issue – I could hear my neighbour’s conversation, the TV, and outside sounds; they split one room into two with a wall that didn’t provide enough isolation. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the bed sheet was dirty, the minibar was also dirty, and the receptionist was rude, though the other staff were very polite.
