The view was nice, but there is no elevator, the road to the apartment is a narrow two‑way street that is dangerous to walk or drive on. There was no parking except on the same winding road where we were told to park, yet they damaged our car: front bumper, front roof, front and rear doors, driver side. After booking, the owner offered to cancel the contract because there were no sheets and towels to give us; I declined and brought my own sheets and towels. The bedside lamp batteries were dead and didn't work, and we couldn't even use the kettle.
