I booked three rooms out of the five available, for a total of eleven people, and we had a large common area to hang out together. All spaces were air‑conditioned, the kitchen corner was well equipped, and the host was available at any time. The bed under the air‑conditioner… I had to move it.

The location is excellent, just a few steps from Piazza Bologna, in a lively and well‑served area with many nearby venues. The building is an elegant palace; the apartment is clean, well‑kept, and comfortable. The “Acqua” room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. I also appreciated the clear, self‑check‑in instructions and the option to leave luggage in the common area. The only less convenient aspect is the entrance accessibility: you must pass a gate and immediately push a glass door manually; on exit, the switch to open the gate is at the top of the stairs, not immediately obvious. The elevator exists but is only reachable after a few steps, which can be inconvenient for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
