The location is close to all services, the staff member Murad was very helpful, and breakfast was good; however, the villa’s three small rooms and the very small beds on the second floor were not worth the price.

It’s clean, new, and modern, but the internet was poor, and the water supply had technical problems every morning as the reception mentioned.

The site is near Skaria, Mashaqa, and Baghdad Street, and the staff are kind, except for the manager who was rude; the water stopped in the room several times, we couldn’t use the washing machines, housekeeping was very poor, and there were insects, plus breakfast was limited.

Everything was great, and my kids were thrilled—absolutely beyond our expectations. There's no kitchen, but the private indoor pool and the ambiance are lovely. Breakfast is decent, not fancy, but it caught my eye because the place should be more upscale; still, the breakfast is fine.
