“Over all they came through in the end.”

The place was clean and the girl from the next room was helpful. When we arrived, we were told the booking had not been taken; I know better than to use them for years. We only had one room, not two, and had to wait in the lobby while the manager sorted it out. I was charged more than expected, but the bank later corrected the amount. I didn't need the added stress that was caused.

The hotel was very clean and easy to access, with everything you need right around the corner. The location was good.

“Noche de terror”

I endured the worst night of terror with my daughters in room 212, where three times someone tried to open our door, even attempting to force the lock; only the latch at the top stopped them. I rushed to the front desk in distress, but the staff couldn’t help and claimed they had no camera access. They refused a refund, so I had to leave at dawn to find another hotel because I couldn’t stay after that incident. The next day I called the manager to complain and discuss a refund, but she denied it, saying I never said I was going to another hotel, even though I clearly told the receptionist and she herself escorted us to the room to collect our things before we left. This hotel gives off very bad vibes—be extremely careful if you consider staying there.
