The location was great, and breakfast was fine, but the sausage was low‑quality; a proper Lincolnshire sausage would have been much better. Road noise was an issue, so if I return I’d request a room on the back side of the property.

The place is well‑located and the staff were helpful and welcoming, yet there was no heating when we got back—just a summer duvet on the bed with no extra blankets.

Breakfast was nice and the rooms were reasonable, but there was no EV charging, the advertised point didn’t work, the local town was out of action, and the golf club’s EV wasn’t available during building works; there were simply no EV points nearby.
