“מזעזע!!!!!!”
Nothing at all! I ordered a “suite” but got a dirty homeless room that hadn’t even had its sheets changed, and the floor was black and smelly—definitely not what the photos showed. The walls were stained and filthy, and the whole experience was shocking enough to make me cry. We booked the suite for two nights, arrived late at night with two kids and no choice, survived the night, and fled early in the morning—just a nightmare. The photos and promises were a gross lie compared to what actually happened.
