The hotel seemed recently updated, the rooms were very comfortable, and parking was right across the street. The staff were super kind and helpful with any questions I had.

The rooftop bar was great. Parking was opposite, in a public car park that was really grimy and had homeless people sleeping in the stairwell.

The property is pretty decent, and the welcoming party was great. It was overall a great experience for me, my first visit to Memphis, with excellent hospitality. The rooftop was amazing and the people there were fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience, so I would recommend this place. The only thing I didn’t like was having to walk eight flights of stairs because of the storm, but otherwise nature takes its course.

The room was huge, with a living area and spectacular views of the Mississippi River; the rooftop bar was perfect for sunset, and the bed was large and comfortable.
