The motel was quiet and modest, with a small studio that had a separate bedroom from the living area and a kitchen. It was near attractions like whale‑watching tours (also available for a few euros at the Cap de Bon Desir centre) and the bear observation centre. A good French‑cuisine restaurant was a few minutes' drive away. The place remained calm.
