Nothing was good. When I arrived, I was told no rooms were available and I would be transferred to a sister hotel. After walking to three different hotels with the porter, I ended up in a dirty, disgusting room measuring 2 m by 4 m with a filthy bathroom that had exposed electrical wires, a broken toilet, and overall filth. The room smelled of smoke and was extremely noisy. I complained to staff, who said nothing could be done. I paid double the price and received half the standard I had booked, with no complimentary drink or meal offered. Terrible experience.

The roof terrace spa and pool were great. The extra bed was a very poor quality sofa bed with a terrible mattress.

I liked the breakfast and the location. They couldn’t give us a double‑bed room even though I asked explicitly during booking and at the hotel. The gym, pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were all in poor condition.

The wifi is not available in rooms. Although in chekin we asked reception to give us a room with good wifi connectivity, We didn’t have stable connection at all!
