I had an absolutely flawless stay—everything was impeccably organized, the room was spotlessly clean and cozy, and there was no noise except the occasional Naruteza. The place was very quiet, the food was satisfying and very affordable, and the atmosphere was super comfortable. Since it was our first time, you really surpassed our expectations. Congrats! We’ll definitely return and bring more guests.

The hotel could be very good, but it’s old and poorly maintained; breakfast is good and well served; the rooms are noisy because they’re on the highway’s edge and close to the trail. The internet didn’t work properly, the rooms were old, the shower was either too hot or too cold, there was a lot of noise and the bed was uncomfortable.

I’ve been staying at IvoTureck for at least three years and the service and comfort have always been excellent; kudos to the whole team, especially Gabriel, who is an outstanding professional. I have no complaints whatsoever.
