The location is excellent especially for those who wish to do sight seeing of Chennai. Access to public transport is also very convenient. Breakfast was decent enough as it contained the required spread. Since the property is old, do not expect ambience and furnished setup in the room. What is disappointing is the lack of proper toiletries. You would get a soap and towel but a proper toilet kit with good quality body gel and shampoo is not something you can expect

I stay Chennai for the first time. All Staffs, especially manager Mr. Pandian and david are very kind to support my stay. The building is not so new, but it’s neat and clean. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Breakfast is available for two hours from 7:45-9:45 am including bread, fruits, indian tiffin menu, tea and coffee. AC is also available and Wifi is working well. Thank you so much. Sometimes construction was outside in daytime. Night time was quiet and comfort
