“Is Auburn this dangerous?”

I liked the newness of the facility, the bathroom was nice, and I liked the shower, but I didn’t like having to present a driver’s license and get scanned just to get to the hotel—something that should be reserved for the casino entrance; if you want to self‑park, the entrance from the parking garage to the actual hotel desk is all the way across the entire casino floor, so carrying heavy bags to check in is way too far and we ended up using the valet for closer access; do they think someone is going to rob this place because I think there’s more security here than there is when I have to go through TSA.

“Awful, bad service, wasted my time and money.”

I paid almost $500 for a room. My wife and I were heading to a concert that night, arrived an hour before check‑in time, and waited THREE HOURS for our room. They were TWO WHOLE HOURS LATE checking us in. We had to start getting ready for the concert in the public bathroom and were an hour late, which cost us a few hundred more on tickets. Overall a terrible experience. We asked to speak with the manager about compensation for the hotel’s delay that made us late for our event, but they said the manager wasn’t in and would personally call everyone shortly; I never heard from anyone again. Terrible service, waste of money, I will never stay there again and will spread the word about how horrible it was.

Very clean and nice rooms, nice bathroom. We went to gamble at the casino, but the gaming seemed very unfair. Asked for a review of except for that.
