Truskavets Train Station is 15 minutes' drive away, Lviv Airport 80 km away.

Using the shower was inconvenient because it easily floods.

The hotel’s design and common areas are kept clean, and there are bathrobes, though the service list doesn’t mention them. Breakfasts are tasty. However, towels aren’t changed daily, sleeping on the sofa is impossible because it slides (for a room that costs 6000 this is a big drawback), reception staff are unfriendly, water drips over the shower curb and the floor is always wet, and the coffee tastes bad.

I really enjoyed my stay at “Hizna SPA”! The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly, the place is clean and comfortable. The room is cozy, and the spa area is very pleasant with a pool, jacuzzi, saunas, all kept tidy. The restaurant deserves a shout‑out for tasty dishes and good breakfasts. A few small wishes: the room lacked a fridge, which is inconvenient for longer stays, and it would be nice to have a kettle with tea. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely return. No major flaws were noticed; just having a fridge and kettle in the room would be more convenient.
