Exceptional, very comfortable with a small terrace, private parking, easy access, and a very friendly owner. Nothing to add.

The owner was not very accommodating. The acoustic isolation was terrible; you could hear neighbors talking or making love. The little dog barked at night, no matter what. The furniture was worth 2 euros. You’re not a real host, it’s just for making money.
