Gateway Inn

There was absolutely nothing; the property lacked current information and accurate pictures, it was disgusting and smelled horrible, so I left and did not even stay after booking to attend a wedding. As stated above it was horrible, and now I’m wondering if I’ll use this site again; I have disputed the card with my credit card company.

“Good value. Clean rooms, new heat and air conditioning unit made for a comfortable stay.”

The waffle maker, yogurt, and cereal were better than a continental breakfast, and the coffee was decent, but the parking lot was dark and the lights were not on.

“It served a purpose in a last minute situation.”

They were available because we were in a bad situation over the weekend, and when the room next door started banging on the walls after we called, the lady on duty that night was right there to speak with them. I didn’t like the fact that there were no working phones in the room; I had to go online and get the number for the front desk to address a problem we were having with our neighbors. The cleaning lady left a used towel hanging behind the door in the bathroom from a previous stay, ughhhh, and there was a big burn on the carpet by the bathroom. The price for two nights in a room like this was almost $400; I think that is crazy!

“The most horrific hotel I’ve ever been to.”

I needed a refund, but the location was disgusting, the staff was bad, and the room was gross; I spoke to someone via Skype to check in, and how is this safe? They refused to give me a refund. Everything was terrible, the staff wasn’t helpful, strange men were hanging out outside, and the PD showed up while we were there.

“Awful”

Nothing. They cancelled our room last minute even though we booked the room weeks in advance. They also did it over text. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone. In fact I recommend staying far away
