They cancelled my booking and handed my room over to someone else; I arrived at 11:30 and tried to check in at 11:45, but the night host said the previous shift had already given the room away. I had driven 2 hrs. I stayed here last month, they apologized, but said nothing could be done because they were sold out.

The staff were friendly, but the room had a mold/mildew smell and a moisture problem that made it hard to rest that night.
