The hotel staff were really friendly, but they couldn't sort me out because of some kind of booking mess-up, which was pretty frustrating.
“Booking.com need to be better in taking down properties that has been set up as frauds, it might not be the property its”
When I arrived, the staff said they were fully booked and hadn’t received my reservation; they gave me a fraudulent phone number for the property. Still, the staff were kind and helped me find another hotel where I could stay.
