“Excelente hotel, gran personal, pero algunos bemoles”

The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help, and the value for money is really good. The hotel lacks parking and a restaurant, but it tries to ensure customers can park and have breakfast included by partnering with an external parking lot and restaurant (R Chava). Unfortunately, the staff at those places are hostile and unfriendly, which detracts from the hotel’s reputation. In my case I’d rather walk a bit farther to another restaurant and parking spot to get better service.

Everything was excellent—great service, spotless rooms, honest and responsible staff; I would recommend them a thousand times. In fact, there was nothing wrong at all.

Overall, the hotel’s presentation and the receptionist’s service were good, yet the air‑conditioner didn’t cool enough even on turbo mode, suggesting a lack of charge; the bathroom was generally clean, but the walls were dripping and the floor had hair.
