The rooms were large and comfortable, and I would rate the value for money at 12 out of 10. Unfortunately, breakfast was minimal and served in a bar 300 metres away.

“Da incorniciare”

Mr. Pino was extremely accommodating, courteous, and professional. The B&B is located at the end of a cul‑de‑sac, and we slept wonderfully! The entrance is beautiful with a huge lounge, and the rooms (extraordinarily clean) are on the upper floor. Our room had a terrace overlooking a valley that stretches across Lazio, Tuscany, and Umbria. Free parking is adjacent to the walls of the same building. Breakfast was excellent, served with a voucher at Mojito Caffè, close to the Moai, located at the entrance of the old city walls. Finally, the soul of the B&B is reflected in Margot’s eyes—a delightful little girl whose sweet gaze makes you love that place even more.
