This independent guesthouse and its facilities can either be praised or criticized depending on who runs it. Mrs. Lambrini is a treasure—kind, helpful, friendly, and exudes warmth just like the guesthouse itself. The shared spaces feel homely and welcoming. The location of the guesthouse and the village is ideal for exploring the wider area around Lake Plastira. The lake view from the rooms is spectacular. We’ll visit again. Mrs. Lambrini, you won us all over again.

The heating system worked fine, hot water was always available, and the location was ideal—just a few minutes’ walk to a nice café and a restaurant with a lake view from the balcony. The bathroom was too small, the mattress was of medium quality, and the common shared spaces (kitchen and living room) could use a refresh. Carpets would be better if they were spotless, which they weren’t.

The atmosphere was warm, the house had all the comforts, the hospitality was excellent, and Mrs. Lambrini was outstandingly sweet 😊.
