The location and the view from the room were great, but one lift was out of use.

A very helpful staff member offered to show me different rooms when I was unhappy with ours and helped carry our bags because the lift was broken, and they provided a parking voucher for guests. The smell—of feet—was awful in the halls and rooms, and the carpets and some bedroom walls were very dirty.

“Nice stay overall”

The hotel was quiet, which I appreciated. However, while flossing my teeth I noticed little bits of food on the tiles next to the sink, probably from other guests doing the same.

“Just ok”

We booked a Twin Room and it turned out to be cramped and very outdated compared to the other rooms we saw. The space is too small for two people and the bathroom looks old.

“Lovely for a seafront break and indoor pool too!”

The seafront location is lovely, the indoor pool is nice, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good. A few areas feel a bit tired. Parking is on the road; you need a pre‑purchased permit from reception, which works fine, but having to renew it daily is annoying if you stay multiple days—having a single permit for the whole stay would avoid the risk of forgetting and getting a ticket, something you shouldn’t have to worry about while relaxing.
