The room was okay. Room service, housekeeping, and Wi‑Fi were late or inconsistent. Staff knocked at night and caused interruptions, sometimes hosting loud events that disturbed other guests. They cancelled the menu and forced people to join a buffet they might not want, focusing more on the event. The dining room furniture was old, and breakfast offered only two cereals and two juices.
