Overall everything was good, especially the facilities and breakfast, the best part of my trip to Thailand. Everything went very well; I can’t find anything negative.

The location is great and the pool is nice; breakfast offers a limited selection but is decent. Rooms are average in size, clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. However, there is no bell boy or staff to help with luggage, no ironing facility in the room, and the AC doesn’t work properly—apparently the property is new but the AC units are very old.

The location was really nice, our room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the swimming pool, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! In the room they had prepared flip‑flops, an umbrella, a shopping bag, and swimming‑pool towels for us. We had an early morning flight before breakfast, so they packed breakfast for us to take away—that was really lovely!

The location and surroundings were good. I wanted my anniversary stay to be memorable for my wife and me, but none of my requests for special arrangements were fulfilled by the hotel management.
