Hello, the room we had booked was a family room, but we were two adults with two children. When we entered the room it smelled terribly of mold, was quite dirty, and had signs of leaks because the room was on the top floor where there was no elevator. After a complaint we were given a triple room that was a bit cleaner. The bed was broken and we slept as if in a hole. There were no baskets for our baby because the hotel only had two. There were no blankets. When I asked for a price adjustment they went crazy. I’m not a first‑time guest at the hotel, but two years ago everything was at level.
