The hotel’s surroundings and the overall facilities were pleasant, and the pool was a nice spot to unwind. Still, the bathroom in my room felt cheap compared to the rest of the suite, and the pool showed signs it could use a bit of maintenance. The restaurant looked great, but the food didn’t live up to the nice setting.

I loved the quiet atmosphere and the chance to be close to nature, plus most of the veggies on the menu came straight from their own garden. The only real drawback was the bathroom – it was really tiny.

The only thing that irritated me was being charged for the back‑and‑forth when sorting out the reservation; it seemed unnecessary.

Breakfast was very good, but the entrance left a lot to be desired – it looks shabby, especially when it rains, and low‑clearance cars struggle to get in. The driveway is littered with rough stones, so improving the road access from the main route would help.
