The Dorint An der Kongresshalle Augsburg, a 4-star hotel in south-west Augsburg, offers free WiFi and modern rooms with contemporary décor and balconies. Located near Augsburg University, Main Station, and the Congress Hall, it features a distinctive tower inspired by Chicago's Marina Towers and a 1970s design aesthetic, with the Zum Maiskolben restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine.

The location was excellent with a nice view, the room stayed clean and tidy, and breakfast was very good. We had been promised via direct message that we could do a late checkout for €10 per hour, but on arrival that option was no longer available. The TV could have been larger and more modern.

Everything was good except that the shampoo dispenser had no shampoo in it upon arrival. Otherwise everything was great

The tower feels a bit dated but the rooms are nice and the breakfast is excellent, with full and comfortable services, and it’s reasonably close to the centre.

I stayed on the 10th floor of this distinctive building and enjoyed a great city view; the spacious room kept expanding thanks to the building’s circular shape, and it was just a short walk to the Hauptbahnhof and also close enough to the centre that I could easily catch a tram.
