The place was convenient and the pool area was nice; the room was large and clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bed, however, was extremely uncomfortable… it needs replacing, because when we stayed in June in a different room the bed was great. The executive lounge was poorly stocked – very few options and supplies often ran out. My husband, who worked there for a couple of days, was disturbed by loud guests; a sign asking people to be respectful might help.
