The location, price, and cleanliness were all great. Check‑in opened half an hour earlier than usual and check‑out was at 11:30 a.m. The service was really good.

Excellent quality‑price hotel right in the center of Lugo.

The place was noisy with student residents, everything was loud and the building felt old. The showers were old. The reception staff were exceptional and helped with everything they could.

Very comfortable and friendly. A short walk to the old town, a grocery store and a small coffee shop nearby. There was a car parking space, but the hotel never explained how we could use it, so communication needs improvement. We had to rely on limited street parking that we used.

Relatively well located. Not enough staff.
