I had to wash dishes in the shower because the sink was leaking, and the staff offered no help at all.

The room was nice and the location was perfect, but it had a weird odor, the window wouldn't close fully, the toilet brush was broken, and even though the central location was great, the nearby party street and neighbors made it hard to sleep.
