City views stretch over Lonsdale and Exhibition Streets. The sleeping area provides two double beds, fits up to four guests and can include a crib. A seating area, cable TV and a bathrobe are supplied for guest comfort.

“The place to stay for theatre fanatics”
The staff, room, and location were all great, and there were no negatives.
Service was very poor. I asked for an invoice twice and reminded the receptionist again at checkout, yet I still haven’t received it. It shouldn’t be this hard or take so long for a hotel to provide a simple invoice.
“So angry to have this cancelled and nowhere to stay”
I never got to know why the hotel cancelled my booking.

The front desk lady was beautiful and kind, very professional and helpful, explaining everything to me perfectly so I could navigate my stay. The window in my room wouldn’t open—probably stuck—but we eventually figured out the cooling system and kept the room at a nice temperature.
The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
