The staff here really know what they're doing. They're always happy to help with anything you need. The hotel's got a great atmosphere, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a shame there's no pool, but that's a minor complaint.

I was really impressed with the staff and the food here - they're both top-notch. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. My only gripe is that there aren't any charging points near the bed, which was a bit of a pain. Still, it's a great place to stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are spotless and the staff are super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there's no lift, which made carrying my bags up the stairs a bit of a struggle. Still, it's a great little place.
