“A Real Treat”
The hotel was a real treat – clean rooms, friendly staff, and a location that made exploring a breeze.
“Nice Pool, Poor Accommodation”
The spot was perfect and the pool and spa were clean and inviting, but the condo we were given was a mess – no cleaning, dirty, and not ready when we arrived. We were moved to a smaller unit with no compensation and no staff present to help.
“Great Pool, Poor Room”
The location and pool were great, but the room was a letdown – no windows, a broken AC, a stuck window in the living area, and even a hole in the wall. We tried to reach the hosts several times with no response, making the whole stay very disappointing.
“Great Location, Terrible Room Experience”
The location was spot on and the shared BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi were great, but we ran into a nightmare with the room. We booked for three with a double and a sofa bed that turned out to be a broken, wobbly click‑clack that left one side open and the other collapsed, causing back pain and a lot of frustration.
“Spacious and Serene”
The condo was huge, and the location was close to everything with a peaceful vibe both inside and out.
