The accommodation was comfortable, the room spacious with a large bathroom fully equipped; breakfast was great and the saunas were excellent, but the pool was tiny and the hot tub was disappointing, and none of the rooms had a terrace.

Everything was clean and comfortable, the location was superb, the spa was good, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mona on Zlatibor; we especially want to thank receptionist Isidora, whose smile, friendliness and attentiveness made our stay even better; she was always ready to help and recommend everything from good coffee and lunch spots to nice walking places and a tour of Zlatibor; it really shows when someone does their job with special care; we also praise the rest of the reception staff, all of whom were extremely polite, professional and always ready to assist; thanks also to reception manager Vesna, whose hospitality made us feel at home; the hotel is great for families with babies; we stayed with our baby and were truly impressed by the attention given; the hotel offers free preparation of baby cereal of your choice, which is highly commendable and a big relief when traveling; the room and the entire hotel were very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and approachable; we especially recommend the half‑board; breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the buffet had a varied selection; all praise for Hotel Mona, we will definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Even though we stayed at Hotel Mona for just one night, we were very satisfied; the staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, especially the reception which welcomed us warmly; the hotel was very clean and tidy, the room was comfortable and well decorated; dinner and breakfast were outstanding with a wide selection of tasty dishes; all praise goes to the entire hotel team and we would gladly return.

The staff were very friendly, the location, spa and baby crib were good, and we received a better room than the one we had booked; however, the minibar emitted an unpleasant smell that we avoided using, the drain sometimes gave off a bad odor, the ventilation noise was irritating, and the food could have been better.
