The welcome was great, the place was small but everything was very well thought out. The only drawback was a faint stale smell.

Everything is long because there are very few positive things. The staff cleaned the common bathroom every day. I never saw the owners until the evening before checkout, so assistance was zero. They didn't come to collect the deposit either. I still recommend a video when you enter the room and another when you leave, just in case. Check‑in was done early. They only accept dogs under 10 kg (negative). The pillows were nonexistent but that's a personal preference; some people like it that way. The sheets and duvet were top quality. First of all, it was impossible to keep the window open because of the horrible stench coming from outside. I don't know if it was the property itself or the neighbor, because there's so much stuff piled outside that it's hard to tell. With the window closed it was sweltering and the air conditioning couldn't be turned on. When I pointed it out, I was ignored. I saw the message but got no reply. The awful smell makes it pointless to stay until a full clean. I don't think it's hygienic to have something like that so close to your home. Now the rules: the owners send a very long message the day before check‑in with a thousand rules and instructions to follow. The most absurd thing for me was the price they would charge for a potential washing machine or dryer: 10 € per wash. Are we joking? This is theft. I could also see it as a chargeable service but TEN € is excessive. You don't pay 10 € a month if you do a wash a day. If I can, I'll post screenshots of the messages because for me this is insane. Totally insane.
