The welcome was very good, the place very clean, and the room, though small, was functional; however, the description that the toilet and showers are shared is misleading because the shower is on the ground floor while the room is on the upper floor.

The reception was exceptional, but the establishment feels a bit old.

The manager is extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and gives good advice; the place is clean, comfortable to sleep in, and the location is ideal—close to the train station and all amenities, and the value for money is very good.

The Cotorep hotel is decent for the price, but the staff aren't very helpful, and I liked the garden.
