The place really needs a deep clean; I couldn’t get any rest because it wasn’t clean enough.

The desk clerk was friendly and the cookies were delicious, but the building feels old and the floor was dirty, so I slipped a few times.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the place was in very poor condition. Only one ice machine worked. The elevator had tiles falling off its sides, and when I pressed the up or down button it would announce the opposite direction. My room was next to the dumpster outside, which was loudly emptied at 4 am. The back lot was filled with old furniture and mattresses. The air conditioner was loud and clanky on high, making it impossible to sleep, and it didn’t cool on the low setting.

The staff were good and the location was great for the stadium and food. Breakfast was pricey. My room on floor 3 felt very stuffy; it only got better when a large blower was turned on at the end of the hall, which made the room feel even more stuffy and gave off a moldy smell unless the AC was left on all the time.

“My stay was more than exceptional as a first timer in the area, will be returning”

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully presentable from the moment we walked in. The bed made for a great night’s sleep, and everything was maintained to a high standard. On top of that, the staff was wonderful—welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Highly recommended!
