“Very unclean.”
The location was fantastic and the holiday park looked well kept, and the lodge beds were comfortable. The property was filthy: the sofa was so stained it smelled, so I had to cover it with blankets; floors were dusty and unvacuumed, worktops and oven tops were dusty, cobwebs everywhere, the toilet was covered in urine and hair, urine splashed up the side of the toilet, bins held other people’s waste with a bag on top, and the bathroom dust seemed months old. The hot tub would have been better with privacy glass.
Everything was spotless, the location was lovely, quiet, and peaceful, and the hot tub was a dream for both me and my family to unwind—no complaints at all.

The place was clean, had everything you could need, and my kids loved the hot tub. There was no entertainment, but that wasn’t a big deal.

The site was in a good spot and quiet, the hot tub worked well, and the beds were comfy. However, it was noticeably tired and needed a deep clean; cupboard fronts and floors were dirty, though toilets, showers, and surfaces were clean.
The lodge was spotless, and even though we arrived late the staff quickly helped us get in after we couldn't open the lockbox ourselves. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and I already recommend this place to family and friends. Everything was perfect – no faults at all.
